Sebuah RAB susunan konsultan Jakarta kami ukur ulang terhadap gambar DED. Sumbu pertama, akurasi: luas atap, plesteran, dan rasio besi semuanya rekonsil. Sumbu kedua, kelengkapan: mobilisasi ke lokasi terpencil, biaya SMKK di dalam total, dan lapisan bawah lantai tidak terhitung sama sekali, setara 7 sampai 16 persen biaya riil proyek.We re-measured a Jakarta consultant's cost plan against the detailed design. Axis one, accuracy: roof areas, plaster, and rebar ratios all reconciled. Axis two, completeness: mobilisation to a remote site, the safety budget inside the total, and the floor sub-base were entirely unpriced, worth 7 to 16 percent of the project's real cost.
